Although originally born in New York, Brian grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina.  He attended North Carolina State University and North Carolina Central University School of Law.  While in college and law school, Brian had the opportunity to work for law firms that fought for the rights of injured people.  He also had the opportunity to work for firms that represented insurance companies fighting against those injured people.  With a strong desire to help those in need, upon graduating from law school with honors, Brian declined an opportunity to defend insurance companies and came to work for The Law Offices of John M. McCabe, P.A.
